Prior to joining UCS, Ms. Tolbert served as Deputy Director of Partnership Engagement with the 617888九五至尊娱乐 Action Campaign (CAC). 在这个角色中, she worked to ground CAC 运动 strategies in evidence while centering the voices, 经历, and knowledge of environmental justice organizations and communities of color. Ms. Tolbert has also worked at the Environmental Protection Agency on issues related to indoor air quality and public health preparedness, and response to climate impacts, including extreme heat events.
Ms. Tolbert holds a BS in environmental science from Tuskegee University and a masters of public health in environmental quality and health from University of Michigan.
